Dance and Yoga for Everyone
Program Leader: Sarah Hauss
This week we will be moving and stretching, increasing balance and flexibility, and expressing ourselves through our bodies. This will be a program of yoga and modern dance appropriate for beginners that will give the mind, body, and spirit a chance to connect internally as well as externally. We’ll explore a number of yoga moves and dance forms as we learn together. Sarah will meet you at your individual comfort level and help you find a personal connection to your expressive body, mind, and spirit!
Sarah is a choreographer, yoga instructor, and dance professor from Saint Paul, Minnesota. She has been teaching movement for over 30 years at various venues. She grew up in California and has lived and worked in New York and Colorado.
